We are TrifonParushev and Chiara Giretti.

We are a couple from Bulgaria but at the moment we are studying and living in Italy. We both started dancing when we were children. At the start, we used to dance Standard and Latin dance but now we choose to only dance Standard. From the beginning we had different partners and we used to compete for different nations. However, now it has already been two years since we dance together as partners. We met for the first time in Rome and from then on we decided to start our career. We spend time practising every day and we take regular lessons with our teachers. When we finish training, sometimes we feel tired but we are always ready for the next practice.
We think that the dance can be compared to a real sport, because when we perform we use our competitive physical activity for entertaining spectators and we think that the dance is the art of the movements created by our bodies dancing to rhythmic or melodious music. For us appearance is one of the most important things that make a couple. It can be the dress, the hairstyle or the make-up. Every couple should have not only good technique or choreography, but also a very good overall appearance to make the best first impression on the floor at a competition. In terms of our appearance at competitions, our hairstyle and make-up is done by “Lella Milano“. For ladies' dresses and men's tail-coats, we are sponsored by “Mode Italy Aspesi” and for shoes we are sponsored by 2HB.The next competition will be  German Open Championship 2013 in August and this is our favourite one and we hope that we will do at our best.We would like to tell everyone who loves dancesport that they have definitely made the right choice and they should not stop enjoying it.
